How to access your BNP Paribas Virtual Workspace using a Microsoft Windows machine

Personal Pre-requisites

• A recent Microsoft Windows device.
  • Only: Windows 10/11
• The computer must be up to date and correctly patched.
• Microsoft Edge and Chrome to be used.
  • No Firefox

BNP Paribas Pre-requisites

• A valid and tested smartcard.
• A smartcard reader.
• A valid Sailpoint entitlement.

Smartcard Driver

• You need a driver to read the smartcard delivered by BNP Paribas and to follow a specific procedure, please check this page

• The Citrix client software is named Citrix Workspace App for Windows
