How to access your BNP Paribas Virtual Workspace using a macOS

Personal Pre-requisites

  • A recent macOS device.
    • Minimum: macOS 10.13, « High Sierra »
  • The computer must be up to date and correctly patched.
  • Safari or Chrome to be used.

BNP Paribas Pre-requisites

Smartcard Driver

  • You need a driver to read the smartcard delivered by BNP Paribas.
  • You can download it here and follow the bellow procedure

Citrix Workspace client

  • After installing the smartcard driver, please download the Citrix client.
