First time using Smartcard to login on an Windows HVD

Once launched your first login in the HVD

If the SSO is not working correctly, or you are logging to your virtual workspace via MobiOffice

  1. Most of the time , the first time you login on a HVD, Windows won't present the pin code field, but the user/password field...
  2. Please wait for Sign-in options and click on it Smartcard logging
  3. Two icons will appear, click on the right one (the stylized smartcard) Smartcard logging
  4. The field and the title will change to Smartcard Smartcard logging
