It is known that on CIS Laptop Teams user experience is not good at all. - sound laggy, if not lost, or robot voice - video frozen.

Status on optimisations

The optimisation features are deliberately DISABLED to be aligned with Regulator request.

Why

By design, MS Teams is made to use only Microsoft Office Cloud services.

  • When using teams optimisation, the citrix client will perfom as Teams on the client device and will try to access Microsoft Office Cloud.

But by design, CIS laptops are forbiden to access directly Internet and the clouds services.

  • This is for Security and Compliance purpose.
