Unfortunately Cisco do not offer Webex Meetings optimisatons features on Mac devices.

Pre-requisites

HVD

• Have the Webex meeting client installed on the HVD.
  • the new package will be available in sofware Center

On your Window personal device

You need to install a plugin on the Windows client PC used to connect to the HVD.

Please download the plugin , depending of your HVD/RPC location, and Install it

• EMEA Webex site for HVD and RPC located in Europe
• AMER Webex site for HVD and RPC located in New-York

	On the Webex download page
- Go down in the webpage in the section Cisco Webex Meetings virtual desktop software - Click on Getting Started with Virtual Desktop Software (1) to expand the section. - go on Install the plug-in on all thin client computers - Select Windows 10 x86 or x64 download (2)
